EQUIPMENT:  MFJ-1270C and MFJ-1276 TNCs, Uniden VHF commercial radio (25 watts), GE Mastr Exec II 6m radio (70 watts)

ANTENNA:  Comet GP-15 6m/2m/440 triband antenna at 100' on 120' tower with an elevation of 2070'; 1/2" hardline, 9913 jumpers, Comet CFX-514 triplexer, and MFJ-270 Lightning Surge Protector.

POWER:  A large bank of calcium/lead batteries and an Ever Start 10 amp RV/Marine automatic charger with a rather large regulator limiting the voltage supplied to the equipment. The batteries are enclosed in two plastic tubs sealed together and vented to the outside air using a standard home dryer vent to prevent gassing inside the building.

ERECTED:  Two meter node went on the air in October 2000.The six meter followed in January 2001.

COMMENTS:  This site is on some of the highest terrain in North West Arkansas. It has good coverage into both the Fayetteville and Ft Smith areas as well as the valleys to the east and the new I-540 to the west.
