COMMENTS:  While this site is in Oklahoma, it has excellent coverage in Western Arkansas, especially the greater Ft Smith area. Cavanal has quite a bit of altitude over average terrain. It should be able to provide links to Gaylor (NWA) and Mena into the network and to Tulsa, Oklahoma (TUL).
