Aug 10, 2007 - Just some housekeeping on the APN site, added Steve Gann KE5ESB as Custodian of the NWA site and changed the Sponsor/Trustee web links on the HRO site, also the new Trustee for the HRO site is William C. Rose, Sr. K5VKF. Just a note of thanks to all that take part in the APN by maintaining node sites. We have a great group of Amateurs and Clubs involved in the APN and that is what it takes to get the job done.
Aug 5, 2007 - Mike KB5WBH worked on the Conway ADEM site today. The JNOS hard drive was replaced and is working properly now, the Packet BBS is up and running. The B&W Winlink Antenna had to be re-hung. The 6m antenna has too high SWR so the 6m node is offline. There is a 6m ringo there and that will be installed soon.
Aug 2, 2007 - David K5DCM took the BAXTER and BAX50 nodes home to do some repairs. The nodes have been taken back to the node site and are working fine. Thanks David!
July 20, 2007 - The BBS W5ENL had a computer failure today. It had been running 24/7 for over 8 years. It was replaced with a computer donated by Jack K5SMV. Also, the JNOS at W5AUU in Conway is down. It has hard drive problems, a replacement hard drive is in the works and it will be replaced soon.
